About the Space
My space is perfect for parties, events, and anyone wanting to get out of the city. The space is about 1200 sq feet. It includes 9 smart TV's with cable, 2x 2000 watt speakers with microphone, party lights, pool/ ping pong table, poker table, 4 reclining leather couches,fridge, microwave, bar, wine cooler, and cigar humidor. We have 4 restrooms, 1 has a shower. 14 parking spaces are available. WiFi is included at no additional cost.

Location Rules

- Include set-up and break down times in the time of your booking. The booking time starts when staff or people enter. Please notify us of any changes at least 24 hours before booking time. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the hourly rate. Weekdays: (Monday through Thursday) $250/hour from 9am to 5pm $400/hour after 5pm Weekends (Friday through Sunday): $400/hour Minimum 4 hours Cleaning fee 10% Security deposit: 1,000.00 (Will be collected separately by the space owner) Full day pricing is negotiable.
