The space was beautiful and bright for my bridal shower, which fit 15 of us more than comfortably. The host is incredibly kind and accommodating and was very fast in their responses. Would definitely book here again !

I rented this studio for a birthday party -- just close friends and family. The venue worked out perfectly! Plus Scott & Fontaine were absolutely wonderful. The only down side was that there is no air conditioning; however, fans were provided, so that helped. I didn't get any complaints from guests. It's a beautiful studio. Everyone was impressed with the space.

Our newly renovated 1000 square foot studio is now available for shoots, events, pop up shops and much more! The studio walls and ceiling are neutral white, with a subtle brick pattern on the window wall. The window wall is west facing, which supplies great natural light in the late afternoon and into the evening. Our clients include: private events, photographers, videographers, musicians, vendors, small business', weddings, baby showers, gender reveal parties, small workshops, clothing and product lines, dance and aerobic classes, you name it!

Arrive and leave on time. All set-up and clean-up needs to be done within booking time. Studio must be returned to original condition when you studio session time is up (as much as reasonably possible). Eg: moving of various items, garbage removed & sealed, and clean-up. Important Reminder: PARKING: If your session is mainly during regular business hours, please park 2 vehicles in the lot, facing the street (west). Additional vehicles may park on the street. Please notify additional vehicles/clients/visitors. (Additional vehicles in lot or in front of building may be towed be downstairs business'.) After Hours Exit: + VERY IMPORTANT+ If your session concludes after regular business hours, you must lock the main floor door. Thank you for your understanding.)

This studio space is wonderful for a wide range of different style shoots. The owners are also very accommodating and friendly. I would 100% shoot here again. The only issue I had was booking through the third party option, where I didn't get the option to take advantage of any of the add-ons
