Open upstairs area off the elevator on the 2nd floor offering soft seating along with family style bar table and basic kitchen amenities including small refrigerator and sink. Adjacent to/adjoining one of our outdoor District Deck to include _ adittional cafe style seating. Great for intimate company gatherings/celebrations, collaboration, small group discussion, and more! *Approval always needed = may include a cleaning fee; fee for admin support necessary on weekends & evenings/possibly during business hours also Standing capacity - 15 comfortably (Deck Seating capacity - 12 (current seating will accommodate ~12 people)
