Open cafe area with 22-foot island offering bar height seating, variety of cafe style tables and chairs, and basic kitchen amenities including refrigerator, freezer, sink, and beverage station offering sparking/still water, coffee, and tea. Great for happy hour, luncheons, collaboration, and more! Equipped with speakers & TV for visual/audio display. Next to/adjoining the reception lounge. *Approval always needed = may include a cleaning fee; fee for admin support necessary on weekends & evenings/possibly during business hours also Standing capacity - 50 comfortably (100 when paired with the reception lounge) Seating capacity - 27+ (current seating is 27 chairs)
