QED is a lovely and versatile space with a cafe, showroom, stage and backyard which can accommodate up to 60 guests. We've hosted big and small film shoots, baby and bridal showers, birthday parties for all ages, memorials, wedding receptions and many more special events. QED offers catering and beverage options, including beer and wine. We'll provide the staff and have plenty of tables and chairs for your guests. There are no hidden fees and the rental rate, which starts as low as $75 an hour, includes the entire space and staff. Since we're a performance space, we have a stage with microphones and a very nice sound system with easy tech set up to play your favorite music. We also have the ability to stream on our TVs if you want to play a video or slideshow. RATES: * Weekday day rate from 10AM until 6PM: $75 an hour * Weekday day early morning rate from 6AM until 10AM: $130 an hour * Saturday & Sunday day rate until 6PM: $130 an hour * Holiday rates $130 - $175 an hour, dependent on the holiday, date & start time. *Night rate after 6PM: $250 an hour. $50 fee for events with more than 10 children in attendance. One hour rental minimum. 50% non-refundable deposit required at least 3 weeks in advance to guarantee the date. Payment via cash or credit card is acceptable.
