About the Space
This beautiful open space is perfect for portraits, fashion photography and product photography. It features a built in white cyc wall that is 18 feet wide and 22 feet deep with a 10 foot ceiling. There is a makeup station, change room, stereo and a bunch of different chairs in the space. Also available on a first come first served basis: V-Flats Light Stands C-Stands Background rack Paper backdrops (available for $40 per 10 feet on the ground) Steamer Clothing Rack Small ladder Two 400 watt Lightreign Strobes for additional $50 for the session. The white floor is painted regularly however if you would like to guarantee and immaculate floor it can be painted the night before for $80. This room is the center space of a three room studio, so there may be some walk through traffic depending on what else is booked at the time.

Location Rules
- Catering allowed
- V-Flats are available for your use. Though we have light stands and C-Stands, these are available only on a first-come, first-served basis, and sometimes need to go to location with Alex. So maybe bring yours, just in case. Nine-foot paper backdrops in assorted colours are available for use at $35 per pull (up to 10 foot floor coverage). A day is considered 8 hours. Additional hours are $70/hour. If there is an appointment directly after yours, we will let you know. In this case, if you are more than 5 minutes late leaving the studio, you will be billed a $50 late fee. If there is no one after you, the late fee is applied after 15 minutes. You’re welcome to move any furniture you like, but please, return it to its original location when you’re done. Also, if you make a mess with dirt, flour, sparkles, or anything else, please put our broom to use. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.
