The space is perfect for photography with a wide open floor plan and 10 foot ceilings, lots of natural light from a wall of north facing windows, and tons of character. Up on the second floor its completely private. It has beautifully textured walls and exposed pipe for a heritage feel, but also pull down backdrops available for a small cost. V-Flats and light stands are also included. It has a sound system, couch, table and chairs, a makeup station and lots of power.

This space is one of three studios. This is the most private, but you may hear music from other space or need to pass through another shoot or project to get to the washroom.
