About the Space
The space is perfect for photography with a wide open floor plan and 10 foot ceilings, lots of natural light from a wall of north facing windows, and tons of character. Up on the second floor its completely private. It has beautifully textured walls and exposed pipe for a heritage feel, but also pull down backdrops available for a small cost. V-Flats and light stands are also included. It has a sound system, couch, table and chairs, a makeup station and lots of power. Also available on a first come first served basis: V-Flats Light Stands C-Stands Background rack Paper backdrops (available for $40 per 10 feet on the ground) Steamer Clothing Rack Small ladder Two 400 watt Lightreign Strobes for additional $50 for the session. This space is one of three studios. This is the most private, but you may hear music from other space or need to pass through another shoot or project to get to the washroom.

Both the space and host are highly flexible to accommodate what we needed. Host was responsive, accommodating, and generally helpful on working with you to set you up for success.
