Available 2 car+ garage adjacent for storage and an upper level patio area. Adjacent to an elementary school parking lot. Lots of street parking. Also 4x parking spaces in alley. Location is a fenced in yard with a removable panel adjacent to the garage cement pad. Trailer is parked in Torrance but can be towed to a So. Cal location.
