About the Space

Welcome to a midcentury modern 3,000+ square foot home custom designed in 1954 by architecture firm Powers, Daily, and DeRosa. An impressive fiddle-leaf fig tree hovers over a calming interior fountain that falls into a koi pond and connects the indoors to the outdoors. The walls of glass throughout the home, open beam ceilings, original built cabinetry, and natural light offers many interesting shots for photoshoots. With an open kitchen, several living spaces, 2 brick fireplaces, and 4 bedrooms there are endless options for filming. The home is filled with designer and classic mid-century furniture including pieces from Knoll, Galanter and Jones, etc. The 11,363 square foot lot includes a flagstone courtyard, tropical themed pool, diving board, cedar hot tub, outdoor shower, and a custom fire pit with midcentury furniture all surrounded by lush landscaping.

    This is one of the most unique, stylish mid-century homes in America. And shooting here is a complete pleasure. Eli made everything super easy. He is very quick to respond and had some helpful hints for the neighborhood and the permit office. The space is stunning on camera. This is an EXCELLENT location. Looking forward to shooting here again!
