Gorgeous French Chateau built in 1931 located in NW Evanston on well-manicured, beautiful acre of land. Transition style within, completely renovated in 2020, modernizing the living spaces while honoring the original character of the house. Includes chef's kitchen, traditional living room, stunning traditional staircase and foyer, high ceilings, full bar with seating for 5, butler's pantry, sun room and more. Each room has high ceilings, beautiful crown molding, etc. Yard includes fountain, koi pond, multiple seating areas, brick chimney fireplace, 100 year old log cabin with stone fireplace and beautiful stone picnic shelter.
