The beautiful and lush landscaping in both front and back, combined with our meticulously manicured pool area, makes this a rare and majestic setting for your next shoot. Front porch with original Craftsman features. Bungalow Heaven adjacent. Available shoot area includes back yard, front yard, driveway, and detached rear unit with bathroom (perfect for hair, make-up, wardrobe). Second room with bathroom, adjacent to pool, available for an additional fee. Renter is responsible for compliance with all city and county permitting requirements.
