It was completely restored, updated and professionally decorated and landscaped in 2001. It's located in Ocean Grove, NJ - a National Historic District. This home is just a two minute walk to all the quaint shops & restaurants on Ocean Grove's Main Avenue. And it's just a quick five minute walk across the charming footbridge over Wesley Lake to all the hip bars, restaurants, shops, art galleries, theaters & music venues in Asbury Park. There are lots of great restaurants nearby that can provide catering services for your production. This home is 2,000 square feet. It has a large, shaded front porch and side porch that overlook beautiful plantings. On the first floor, this beautiful, spacious home features a large foyer with a front staircase and powder room, a living room with a corner fireplace and stained glass windows, a dining room with a corner fireplace, stained glass windows and a glass pass-thru to the cook's kitchen. The kitchen features custom glass cabinetry, a double under-mount sink with garbage disposal, extensive marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.
