About the Space

Welcome to our spacious and sunny two level loft. Our 1488 sqft bi-level loft is on the ground floor and is decorated in a mid-century modern industrial style. We have a large 6 seat dining room and kitchen, a TV room/living room with a 55" flat screen, and a gorgeous bedroom with a skylight right over the bed. All furniture can be used or removed for your event/project. There's also a patio that seats six, and a fire pit. The apartment has angled all wood ceilings over 30' high, concrete floors, and white walls. The unit is on the first floor for easy load-ins. The unit can easily be converted to a photography space, and we can provide a eleven foot wide by ten foot tall backdrop with white, chroma, or black background. We have two LiteMats for daily rent to use in the loft: Hybrid LiteMat 4: $200/day Hybrid LiteMat 1: $100/day The loft has hosted film and photo shoots in addition to workshops, retreats and crafting classes. Loft Availability for Rent: Sunday through Thursday: 7AM to 10PM Friday & Saturday: 7AM to 11PM *Times can be negotiated if outside of normal operating hours* Parking: There is free street parking on the street as well as around the corner with multiple access points to the loft in the complex. One spot in a gated lot is available for a car, van or max 16' box truck. Rates are hourly however discounts can be given for multi day, week or monthly shooting schedules. Maximum occupancy in the loft is 25 including all crew (contact us if you have a group larger than 25, we may be able to accommodate you).
