About the Space
Stunning gorgeous New Spacious Industrial Modern Loft in the heart of Noho Arts District. With beautiful window view of Olympic pool and cabanas, this stylish single-story loft is 980 Sq ft, with high ceilings and large windows providing plenty of natural light. The space has a very calm, quiet, and Zen-like feel. The building is centrally located with plentiful pay parking lots and metered parking nearby. The space has great AC for those hot summer days and the fridge will always have cold water for you and your team. I’m a designer so please feel free to let me know what content you’re creating and send social media so I could get an idea and I might be able to help with extra furniture or props. I believe Art is Art if it’s done tastefully. Love to meet creators! I’m a designer and like to create nice spaces for content. I’m a dog and animal lover. Hobbies are designing and playing tennis. Love enjoying a good meal with good company. Please tell me what you’re using the space for and send any social media so I can get an idea and I might have extra furniture or props that might work for your content. Very open I believe art is art if it’s done tastefully. Also have a photographer if needed inquire.
