About the Space

*Please inquire for custom pricing if your request is for weekends or in the evenings. Weekend evenings are often blacked out due to programming but feel free to reach out with any request. For event rentals with food/beverage, please refer to our other listings.* Our Boho "Oasis" studio has a capacity of 25. Under certain circumstances, additional guests may be permitted. For larger group sizes or parties, please refer to our other listings. The space is designed with dimmable lighting, living room furniture for those that need a casual experience, tables, chairs, and many other event supplies. The furnished nooks can be cleared with a fee. As a small event company, we have different services and supplies that can be added onto your rental. Some of these include projectors, screens, pipe and drape, linens, decor, coffee percolator, backdrops, etc. Outside vendors are always welcome too. We are always open to match pricing if suitable. Also, feel free to inquire for sound boards, rugs, blackout film, and other add-ons to help address your production needs. Our space is designed "as-is" for wellness and workshops, but we can easily modify it for production. Feel free to ask us any questions.
