The historic Mansion was built in 1891. This Victorian Era building was once a home, but now has 3 floors of office space with the 4th floor penthouse outfitted as an apartment with full kitchen. Filled with original word workings and windows, this is a beautiful space for production.

Penthouse Apartment is on the top floor of the historic Blackwell Mansion (2 floors up from entry level of the building. The penthouse has vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and great views of the Puget Sound. The bedroom features a king size bed. In the main living area, there is a queen size bed, dining table with seating for six, sofa with two accent chairs, TV with cable, a writing desk, full kitchen, bistro table, and a 1912 baby grand piano. NOTE: The apartment is at the top of three flights of stairs. The main level of the building is used for professional offices.

We offer 1,000 - 4,000 square feet of production space available for video, film, photography and fine art uses. Located in the historic downtown Courthouse Square building, The Great Room has 10' windows & mid-century modern design. We rent the space as a blank canvas, and green room(s) are available for an additional daily fee.
