If I could give this place and the host more than 5 stars, I would! Edward and site manager Tyler were such a pleasure to work with, they even helped carry in our equipment. The pool is gorgeous. Very Miami, very Greece, very beautiful. Well kept and recently updated. Loved shooting here!

This house is a hard to find retro space that is in good shape, on a large lot and production friendly. The owner is amazing and helps navigate in this often filmed neighborhood. The neighborhood is pro-filming, and has a system worked out to make it easy for production to rent neighbors driveways, spaces, etc. I wish all locations had this kind of support. All doorways are 36 inches, much wider than normal, which makes production so much easier. A really great find. Even if not the look you are going for, would recommend it as a great place to art out the world you want. A+ experience.
