The house is a great location for a photo/video shoot. Great natural light, well furnished with lots of character and space. Everything was easy and clean. Highly recommend.

One of the best experiences I've had through one of these sites. Lynn worked with our team & gave us the best possible filming experience. Even at 6am, she offered our crew tea and coffee - she was so beyond kind and went out of her way to make sure our crew had a great experience. She even left our group with multiple haircare samples that were so great! Seriously an unforgettable host, our cast/crew were so grateful to be able to shoot on this property. Also beyond stunning and an irreplaceable part of the film.

We really liked this location and it was great for our outdoor pool shoot. There's really nice coverage and shade. Quiet neighborhood, host was responsive when we had trouble getting in.

The house was great for our outdoor pool shoot. We only captured the pool and backyard, but used the house as our base which worked very well. They had a location manager check us in and help us.

The location was absolutely beautiful and the host/concierge were more than accommodating!

Mat is very responsive and accommodating. The place is nice and I like how it isn't as bare as other rentals since it has plants and other nice decor. You should ask for the GPS coordinates because it is difficult to find the address in maps. There are minor issues with sound from the planes coming and going to the airport but overall a great location for a video shoot.

Benjamin was absolutely lovely! He accommodated our booking very last minute. He was an excellent communicator and did a fantastic job assisting the talent and crew the day of the shoot. His space is absolutely GORGEOUS and I can not wait to book with him again!
