The home offers an open living plan with easy access to the expansive backyard with a covered patio, large pool, built-in Jenn-Air BBQ all set within a picturesque backdrop of mountain views, accented by the glowing lights of the PS Aerial Tramway. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace with a French door leading to the covered patio, pool, and backyard. The open dining room has views to the front courtyard water fountain, living room fireplace and beyond to the backyard pool.
