The Tiger Room was perfect for my small initiate gathering I hosted for my company, Coaching To Live, LLC. I was so excited when I found the venue that I overlooked the fact that I booked for up to 5 people. Eunice was accommodating in allowing for more people without an extra fee. Please pay special attention to location agreement and ask clarifying questions if needed. The rates increase after 5pm on weekdays which wasn’t indicated in the listing but again Eunice was gracious enough to provide the venue at the “discounted price”. The only downside for me was that the overall response time and communication could have been better. A lot of lessons learned during this experience however.

Navid was a great host, very good to respond to questions and gave a quick tour of the studio on the day. The studio is very bright, clean and well equipped with backdrops and seamless, included in the price at no extra charge, as well as nice furnishings and colourful plants. Nina helped me out in a pinch with quick responses and good solutions. The space is nice and reads like the pictures, has great parking, and is a painless process. Would definitely shoot here again. The acoustics are better for MOS, ADR, or music videos, but if you have a good sound engineer, you'll be fine with moderate amounts of dialogue.

This house was SO beautiful. You truly get it all with this location. The indoor/outdoor flow is incredible. The views are breathtaking! There are 3 floors with ample shooting space inside. Every single detail in this home is perfection. Laurence was an absolute sweetheart. She was super helpful and flexible. You truly can't go wrong when you book this home!
