This is a fantastic location and it's hard to believe it exists right here in the LA area. Lots of great looks to be had, just be careful as it's old and (as you'll learn on your scout) fragile in places. The owner is also very pleasant to work with, definitely take some time to get to know him if he's up for it. That said, please keep in mind that this is also a very expensive location. It runs through a traditional location service which will increase costs exponentially vs other locations where you work with the owner directly. This set up works well enough, just be prepared for that reality budget-wise.
