Living area has 2 sets of French doors opening to patio so great for indoor or outdoor shoots. Lighting options, both set up and natural, are great, and both indoor and outdoor space looks amazing at night. There is an accessible private driveway and open area in front of 3 car garage that can be used for set up, staging, equipment, catering, off street parking, etc. Available for photo shoots, filming and small private parties, but it is our private home so we ask potential clients to be respectful of home and neighbors. The home is located in a quiet and residential mid-city neighborhood with easy access to downtown, West Hollywood, and the 10 freeway. Friendly neighbors are willing to rent out driveways and yard for catering, parking, etc. Parking is unrestricted street parking, but is limited for large groups.
