Amazing location!

Mediterranean style home opens to private tranquil backyard patio and garden. Patio has peaceful zen-like environment and look, with gravel area, stone patio with iron pergola covered w trumpet vine, wood burning fireplace, orchid green house, koi pond, potting area, herb garden. Patio has flexible set up options as dining area, lounge, open, etc. Home is 2 story Spanish/Mediterranean style with dark wood floor, white walls and is tastefully decorated, including kitchen w white cabinets and dark wood countertops, dining w stone table that seats 8-10, living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and 6’ grand piano. Living area has 2 sets of French doors opening to patio so great for indoor or outdoor shoots. Lighting options, both set up and natural, are great, and both indoor and outdoor space looks amazing at night. There is an accessible private driveway and open area in front of 3 car garage that can be used for set up, staging, equipment, catering, off street parking, etc. Available for photo shoots, filming and small private parties, but it is our private home so we ask potential clients to be respectful of home and neighbors. The home is located in a quiet and residential mid-city neighborhood with easy access to downtown, West Hollywood, and the 10 freeway. Friendly neighbors are willing to rent out driveways and yard for catering, parking, etc. Parking is unrestricted street parking, but is limited for large groups.
