    My crew and I were there in Malibu shooting our music video, and we have to admit, it was awesome! The host was extremely laid back and there was plenty of room and all the equipment we required.

    This location had exactly what we needed for our commercial photo shoot because we needed an amazing conference room. The cost was also reasonable. A big thank you to the host, for making everything run smoothly.

    Our photo shoot turned out even better than we hoped for, thanks to the amazing location and atmosphere. No trouble finding a spot to park either, which is a rare thing in LA.
