LOCATION: • Located in West Los Angeles; near several freeway exits. • Space includes a gourmet kitchen, modern styling and amenities, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, leafy front and back yards, an artist's studio, and a driveway that accommodates four tandem-parked cars. • Designed by architect Neil Denari, our home's been in Vogue, the NY Times, and several TV shows. • Our friendly cat Whiskey may drop by your production. There are positives and negatives about this property, we chose this specific space because of two main areas which suited our needs in the timeframe required. I would definitely scout as we did to ensure this property fits your needs. It suited us adequately for our required use but there are main other properties with similar build at a great price based our your schedule. We needed to lock in something fairly quickly and this was the only one. Be very specific with the owner and Giggster about everything you plan to shoot prior to booking. The location manager was nice and accommodating, good guy. Pros: Kitchen area has depth and straight forward to load in Lower level was kept clean and is as pictured Quiet neighborhood with low traffic Cons: Small space overall and in the primary bottom level No matching front portion of the home to the rear
