The space has generous light-filled rooms with 12ft ceilings, tall sliding doors, oak floors, and brick fireplace. Each space within the house presents unique possibilities for your creative eye. The decadent turret ‘Garden Room’ is bountiful in florals, cascading through antique lighting. Super fresh & light by day, crystal warm glow by night. Located on a corner lot with giant live oak trees and a fenced back yard. A 1960’s Shasta camper, festoon lighting and a fire pit anchor the backyard. All can be moved, as long as put back.

Potential OFF STREET PARKING CAN BE LOCATED NEARBY 12’ wide gate for easy vehicle access to backyard over 6’ fence.
Catering & vehicle support space can potentially be Located close by. Catering area can be designated based on production crew needs, and tent size, whether it is the same as crew parking, or a separate area close by. Portable toilets can be put in the back area, or on the ample grass area between the fence and the street too. Interior bathrooms can be designated for Above The Line / 1st Team use.
Nobody needs to be rehoused for the shoot.

Special effects & stunt work must be discussed in detail beforehand.
Use of Haze is allowed provided permits are obtained and distributed prior to filming.
