The backyard is framed by Spanish lavender and features a large picnic table and lounge seating around a fire pit. Inside, you'll find a welcoming Dutch door, countless French doors, and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. The furniture and decor is bright, white, and beachy, with tasteful coastal art throughout. There is a detached guest house that could be used for hair/makeup or staging. Ample street parking. Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ an 8 hour day. Please inquire about rates for filming & larger impact jobs.
