Welcome to cozy Noho! This versatile condo can be used for many different types of usage: filming is the most popular, podcasts, table reads and small gatherings as well. It looks great on film due to the various colored walls. When you walk in it feels very cozy and welcoming. It gives off family vibes, caribean vibes, latino vibes but depending on how you shoot it can look very bachelor on screen. The backyard can used for video village, extras holding, make up, crafty, production and equipment. You can tap into house power and wifi. The garage below can used as well. It can be creepy or just a regular parking garage. There are two spaces to use but you can film all over it. The hallway is long and horror films. There is plenty of street parking and a Ralph's parking lot walking distance. The host is a filmmaker as well.
