The Vine House is a single storey cottage on Chet Valley Vineyard just 8 miles South of Norwich. There are beautiful views across the courtyard and lawns to the vines beyond. The property is heated with an air source heat pump by underfloor heating. There is also a wood burning stove. There is a large walk in shower room with a disabled toilet but no bath. There is also a separate toilet and sink. The property is very accessible with no steps, slopes or stairs. The winery is next door which is also available for filming. We have hosted both television and radio crews in the past, including Rosie Jones as part of her “TripHazard” serial and BBC Radio Norfolk.
