The main gallery space provides a vast, open canvas ready to showcase your creativity. Its high ceilings and ample square footage are ideal for art displays, installations, and interactive experiences. The front gallery space is a smaller more. intimate space that can be used as an exhibition space, lounge, green room, retail activation, or check in area. Both spaces can be can be transformed to your vision. - Reception Area: Welcoming and well-lit, the reception area offers an elegant space for welcoming guests, registration, or mingling. It included two desks and an wood banister suited for your press/promotional materials. -Common Room: A cozy, versatile room can serve as a lounge, meeting area, or additional exhibition space. This area houses two bathrooms, an updated external sink, a sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, a credenza, and a mini fridge. This space is ideal for food and drinks and a social gathering area. -Outdoor Gated Yard: Step outside to a spacious, secured outdoor yard, perfect for outdoor installations, social gatherings, relaxation, and enough room for two food trucks!
