About the Space

We are a non-profit industrial event space in Denver, CO, ideal for hosting weddings, meetings, photo/video shoots, and other special occasions. With over 3,000 square feet, we can accommodate anything from intimate events to grand affairs with up to 200 guests. The neutral backdrop allows you to make it your own, while large decorative lanterns add to the romantic ambiance. The space features a built-in bar, a state-of-the-art Bluetooth sound system, a projector, and a screen with an HDMI or AppleTV connection. For your celebration, you can utilize 5 cocktail tables, 10 8-foot farmhouse tables, and 150 black cushioned chairs to build your envisioned room configuration. You will also be provided with buffet and check-in tables to create a more seamless experience. In addition to ample vendor and food truck parking, there is plenty of free parking for you and your loved ones. Our team will work tirelessly to ensure that your event is a success. Before the big day, they offer walkthroughs so you can plan your layout ahead of time. The on-site Day-of manager can be there throughout the celebration to take care of final details and make sure everything runs smoothly.
