About the Space

The Dell View Suite at the venue is a unique, spacious getaway in the countryside, less than 10 minutes from Interstate 5 (and dozens of shops and restaurants) and about 30 min from downtown Portland. Fully ADA compliant, the Suite is a self-contained wing of the main estate, great for family gatherings. It features 3 bedrooms, a large great room, 2 full baths and a kitchenette. This is not intended to be a party house as hosts live in attached main estate. The space We are a busy, working equestrian center with two barns and two arenas, offering boarding, lessons and trail rides. Hazardous activities such as moving hay bales and relocating horses are frequent, so although children are welcome, guests under 18 must be with an adult when on the grounds. However, guests are welcome to make arrangements for rides and lessons! Also, all guests will need to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement upon check in. Guest access Let your self in with a keypad coded to the last 4 digits of your phone number. Relax and then come out and walk around and enjoy the peaceful space and chat with the horses. Other things to note 1 bathroom is fully ADA. There are no stairs to deal with
