Spacious backyard perfect for small dinner events, bridal or baby showers, gender reveals, hibachi dinners, small filming and photos. No teenage birthday parties nor gatherings allowed. Backyard includes a basketball court with lighting, 2 hanging egg chairs and string lights surrounding the area. Natural wooded area for scenery. Full finished basement is included with the booking and comes with a theater room, pool table, arcade, foosball table, poker table and sound bar. Fully equipped patio has 3 outdoor tvs, 3 fire pits, outdoor kitchen, bar area, table tennis and seating comfortably for 25 people. Outside lighting can be adjusted towards the evening for desired guest ambience.
