About the Space

My property is a pie-shaped lot, quarter acre and at the end of a cut-de-sac. I have a resort backyard containing a large and covered outdoor kitchen, gym with sauna, palm trees, outside bathroom and shower. The pool is about 50' long with a very large walk in about 25' x 15'. My property has a separated back house with its own entrance. I am interested in renting out the backyard space rather than my main residence. Main residence has 3 bedroom and a large man-cave, game room, 2 bath, wood floors with carpet in two of the rooms.
