And it is amazing because you have access to utilize the Inside Space along with the Outside during your Reservation. Our Place creates an Ambiance that is perfect for your next Event, Birthday Celebration, Video-shoot, Photoshoot, Business Meeting or an Intimate Gathering.

What is Required to Reserve with us is :
A Non-Refundable Minimum Cleaning Fee of: $300.00
A Non-Refundable Minimum Security Deposit Fee of: $250.00

Our space can be rented with or without add-ons (some restrictions do apply - inquire within).
If you are inquiring about a Large Booking, please ask about our All-Inclusive Event Packages (pricing may vary depending on our availability).
We have a DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Caterer, Banquet Tables, Chairs, A Revo-Spin 360 & an option of other ADD-ONS that you can check out in our list etc.. etc..these are all for Rent On-Site for your Convenience.
PLEASE INQUIRE WITHIN FIRST ABOUT BRINGING IN YOUR OWN OUTSIDE VENDORS THAT INCLUDES LIVE ENTERTAINMENT OR A DJ INTO OUR SPACE DUE TO ANY & ALL INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS!
NO OUTSIDE TABLES OR CHAIRS CAN BE BROUGHT ONTO OUR PROPERTY!
