Our Photography, Dance, and UNIQUE Event Space is perfect for photography, dance practices, and classes, paint & sip events, and so much more! Comes equipped with wall-to-wall mirrors for our dancers, and curtains to cover them when you want to host an event or photo shoot. Photography backdrops and lights are available for your use! The space is also equipped with seasonally changed mini-movie scenes! Unique creations perfect for your model or even for use as a SELFIE STUDIO!! Come film tiktoks, and create amazing content for your socials! Bonus Space for changing, and vanity for makeup! Plus we have cosplay, kids' costumes, and ballgown rentals available! Parking options Free onsite parking, Free street parking Parking description Plenty of parking both in the plaza and on the street for 10-20 cars. General Rules -No Smoking -You will be held financially responsible for damaged equipment -Be respectful of the environment All ages are allowed in the space Security cameras and recording devices Security cameras are present in the viscinity of the front door to monitor entry, exit, and equipment usage. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
