About the Space

Our locations are booked via freelance Personal Trainers by the hour. So flexibility is never a problem. We can accommodate most requests, even with the latest notice! We've three properties across London; Earl's Court, Greenwich, Holborn, All of which boast their own character, such as exposed brick walls. Training consists in private gym spaces. Very VIP feel. So we can accommodate a small quick shoot to a large scale gym floor takeover. We can work with you anytime.
