The unique and extremely cinematic space is perfect for film, TV, photos, fashion, music videos and commercials. It's large and accommodating, with both inside and outside options! The spacious 4000 square foot ground floor interior features a Green Room/dressing area, a storage room off the main entry (perfect for gear and props) and two bathrooms. A medium grand piano, vintage organ and props are available for gratis use. An architecturally stunning confessional is available as an add on. A large, multi-use (flex space) is located upstairs, with several blank parceled out areas ready to be set designed! Features include a vintage Bible classroom with vintage casement windows and ample natural light. A Cross Wall set is located at the stairwell. Additionally, there is an unfinished, weathered 2nd building on the property with a side alley and brick wall topped by barbed wire, that includes a religious mural, and an old school telephone booth. The outdoors area also features two cottage fronts, large shade trees and green grass. Weather permitting, it's a great area to use for catering, outside seating and social distancing.
