This was the second time we filmed on this location - and we had another great experience. The kitchen especially is a great space to film and Adam and Nicole were fantastic when we had any questions or requests. We'll be back again sometime I'm sure!

Adam and Nicole were so helpful with arranging our shoot - very quick response times and answered all our endless questions. The location itself is great, really good outdoor and indoor spaces and great free parking right outside the house. We were looking for a domestic background for a series of slow motion sequences and they came out brilliantly - can't recommend the house more.

A lovely modern styled 1930s semi-detached suburban house with rear bi-folding doors within easy access of London and the home counties. Set just off the A20 main road set on its own parallel side street with an abundance of safe street parking. and only a 10 minute drive to the M25. The drive is one long piece of straight concrete that can fit 2 vans, 3 medium cars or 4 small cars tightly packed. There is also easy access to central London via road and rail, with Mottingham station only a 5 minute walk. For easy access there is one step up to get into the ground floor of the house through a fairly large door. There is also gated access to the rear garden and decking. We offer free coffee, tea and biscuits and there is a mesh Wi-Fi network and lots of well placed power outlets. We have a very lovely dog (A Samoyed if you know your dog breeds) who adores people and is hypoallergenic, but be kept out of the way upstairs if need be.
