About the Space

This spectacular multi-levelled home is located up a scenic curving road just 3 miles from the Pacific Coast Highway. Architecturally-designed it is built into the hillside nestled between Las Flores Canyon and the ocean. This 2-acre serene property boasts a roof-top terrace with breathtaking views of the ocean and Catalina Island. The property can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. The house is approx 2,000 sq feet. The capacity for a shoot would probably be about 20 people- But it really depends because if it was an outdoor based film we could host 100 people because it is on 2 acres.
