This stunning garden apartment is part of a fully renovated duplex built in 1923 and boasts many original features, including a coveted Batchelder tile fireplace and oak floors. Tastefully appointed with a mix of modern and mid-century furniture, this space exudes a warm and artistic atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

Step inside and be greeted by natural light and airy surroundings. The fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with all new appliances, including a French door fridge with a beverage view outer door, filtered water and ice maker, 6 burner gas range/oven with hood, drawer microwave in island, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Enjoy cooking up a storm in this beautiful and functional space.

This apartment offers two bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with garden view and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a double sink and curbless infinity shower. 

In addition to the indoor space, this apartment also offers private outdoor areas for dining and entertaining. For our guests' convenience, we also offer on-site parking and a Tesla charging station.
