About the Space
Medium Meeting Room is 250 sq.ft. meeting/conference space with capacity of 8-10 guests and available on hourly and daily use. It Includes seating for up to 10 people (Setup for 8 by default), white board, TV, Wi-Fi, phone (unlimited calling in the US and Canada), privacy shade and coffee/tea services. After-hours bookings incur an additional 50% charge per hour. Any "all-day" bookings are from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. All bookings past 5PM are subject to an hourly charge at the posted rate plus 50% upcharge. Our Medium Meeting Room is available for all types of Meetings and Photoshoots/ Film shoots.
