About the Space

Located in a private business enclave, directly off of one of the main streets in Highland Park/Eagle Rock, this studio boasts a private garage, open floor plan, free parking onsite, full bathroom, kitchen and private backyard. With 12 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and two sets of French doors, this multi function space is perfect for photoshoots, fittings, office space, production HQ or even to make your next art show. The private garage makes load in and out a breeze as you’re able to bring your vehicles directly to the door. With your own private backyard, you can step outside and enjoy the sunshine and a mix of fruit trees (hey grab an apple we have too many). Walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants, this studio is in the heart of Highland Park, with easy access to Target, Walgreens, Home Depot and Sprouts for any production needs. Additionally we have a fair amount of equipment for rent. From Production supplies (i.e. chairs, tables, pop up tents, coolers), photo and video equipment (I.e. stands, lights, modifiers, generator) to wardrobe supplies (I.e. racks, hangers, steamers) These are available upon request.
