Based within a transformed 1960's industrial warehouse, this near 8,500sq/ft ground floor blank canvas offers ultra-flexible space ideal for filming & photography; product launches & brand activations; fashion and private hires. The space has been designed with adaptability at it’s core and bookings can discuss any bespoke requirements with our onsite management team. The space boasts 4.6m ceiling heights; striking industrial columns; an onsite bar & cafe; pre installed trusswork and lighting infrastructure, PA system and access to additional ancillary space (changing rooms, studio space). The building is situated within a five minute walk of Tottenham Hale station (Victoria Line & National Rail Services) and within 15 minutes-walk of Seven Sisters (Victoria, Overground & National Rail).
