About the Space

Pre lit Cyclorama wall 16ft x 20ft studio equipped with StudioPro s300 (Arri Skypanel comparable) pre lighting with full RGB and various options and modes. Vanity room is 8ft x 10ft and contains a vanity mirror, full body mirror, rolling rack. We also have 12ft green and black paper backdrops, 9ft studio blue and mocha backdrops + various upgrades for production equipment and rentals on site. Ground level studio. 2 dedicated parking in front of unit with a huge lot for other vehicles directly in front of property. 8ft pull out garage door makes loading in and loading out simple. Walking distance to gas stations, multiple restaurants, a grocery store, and liquor stores. Outdoor lot can be used for filming also which is about a 5000 square foot lot. Full bathroom and shower available. Wifi on site. AC/heat in vanity room. IDEAL USE: Music Video Shoots, Photo Shoots, Commercial Shoots, Interviews, Film Shoots, Dance Shoots, Cars & Trucks, Production Events, Recording Studio - 8'x14' garage door (easy loading & can pull a vehicle into warehouse if needed) - Smoking is permitted with small smoking fee *Free High-Speed Wifi Internet and the ability to broadcast Live from the space! SOUND A lot of commercials with sound, interviews and films are shot here. The space is NOT 100% soundproof, meaning that an occasional sound from outside may make it through, but those sounds tend to be for about a second or two and are few and far-between. POWER DETAILS Very efficient power for any kind of production big or small. Message us if you need exact power details. ADDITIONAL RENTALS We also have an extensive list of production equipment that includes lighting and camera equipment available for rent at an additional charge. Message us about lighting and equipment rentals! - NO stands, equipment, seating, people, etc standing or placed on the curve of the CYC wall at ANY time. Client is responsible for damage to the CYC wall. - All NON TALENT must wear shoe covers while standing on the CYC wall. No exceptions. - NO FIRE OR PYROTECH - NO FIREWORKS/POWDER BOMBS/SMOKE BOMBS - NO PARTIES - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. - Client/Renter is responsible for all equipment, facilities, amenities, and the studio itself during their stay. - Any loss, damage, or theft of any of the aforementioned properties is the sole responsibility of the Client/Renter, and they will be charged for the amount of replacement/repair. This does not include the natural failure of equipment such as bulbs, batteries, etc., which is our responsibility. - Rental time ends when the last person in your group walks out of the studio. Please keep this in mind when planning your shoot. If you will need extra time to set up or break down, factor this in to your time. Client/Renter must report damaged or missing equipment immediately. - Smoking fee if smoking occurs - The CYC wall may have small markings on it from previous bookings. ADDITIONAL SERVICES If you need any additional production team members, such as a camera person, lighting specialists, grip, editor, hair, makeup, styling, assisting, photography, and digital retouching services, we have people we can provide for you to fill ANY position in your crew.
