About the Space

Finished, Industrial, Airy, Clean, Open, and Quaint candle boutique and creative space. 3 large tables & 24 chairs included in the space. High ceiling, exposed brick details. Very flexible space in terms of meetings, photo shoots, or small intimate events. We have one loading zone in front of the space, direct load-in 6ft from the door. There is plenty of parking nearby. Walking distance to all of Old East Durham businesses, minutes from downtown and right off the interstate. *Temporary alcohol permit needed if event will sell alcohol.
