The heritage value of building lies in its relationship with the adjacent buildings and their historic relationship between this area and the economy of early Vancouver. It is associated with Gastown's history in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century as a mixed-use district and the centre for Vancouver's trade and manufacturing. This space is open to be used for wedding venue, photography session, event, meeting, gallery, and pop up. *The space is located on the second floor, but no elevator in this heritage building.

    Peiyang was very nice to work with. We were able to come in a bit early to setup for our event and provided us with everything we needed before he left. The space was beautiful and very spacious. Would definitely rent this space again for future events.
