It is ideal as a photo shoot location, with bifold doors it has capability to serve a wide audience ranging from kids parties, to a workshop (it has existing industrial lighting) through to an exercise studio. There is direct road access to one of the paddocks with parking possible. Fields of 87 acres surround the house and so it is very private with nature all around despite the central location (7 minutes from Maidenhead station and Junction 8/9 of the M4). We wish to offer the kitchen, the shepherds hut, the barn, the tennis court, the natural swimming pond and the garden for rent as a starting point.
