Exterior: Converted shed is a stand alone art studio nestled in a private garden sanctuary. Native floral pollenator garden is a certified wildlife habitat with large shade trees (post oak and ash). The grand oak hosts a set of tree swings. Back yard has dappled morning sun with shade most of the day with a few areas of bright afternoon light. Front yard/porch has morning sun with afternoon shade. Host is a highly rated seasoned airbnb host (over 10 years). Homeowner lives on site. Home is a duplex.
