About the Space

Our STUDIO - Is roughly 2200sqft. Includes: 2 Restroom, Kitchen Area, Dressing Room, Virtual (keyless) Entry, and the FOH props and furniture is included. Our studio has 4 separate areas: Studio A - Our largest room (shot gun style) w/exposed brick, hardwood floors, roof skylight, high ceilings and 3 preset areas. The Pantry, Infinity Mirrors, and Green Wall Nook. This room also includes a projector and remote drop down screen! ALL LIGHTING CAN BE CHANGED TO YOUR DESIRED COLOR. Studio B - Which is small flex space and primarily used for interviews, intimate photo shoots, talent holding, and podcast staged setups. Studio C - The Parlor/The Library Room; it’s super nostalgic, warm, moody, and still cozy. This room has: Newspaper Wall, 2 - Wingback "Graffiti" Chairs, 2 - Victorian Chairs (red velvet), Wood Grain old school floor TV, collection of Vintage Cameras, and our favorite taxidermy above our fireplace! The Pantry - (message us directly for more details) Our studio loft is perfect for all types of events and shoots; this place is your very own private speakeasy; read below for examples of how people use our studio. - Creative Work Space - TV/Film production office - Pop- Up Events - Private Parties - Photo / Video Shoot - Podcast / Interviews / Social Content - Meetings / Workshops - Listening Sessions - Intimate Gatherings - Food & Beverage Tastings - Birthdays & Graduation - Dinner Parties - Visual Presentation / Viewing We are Open 24hrs - we can provide extra lighting equipment / podcast setup w/producer/ production supplies and props available upon request (additional fees will apply)!

    Cortez and his space was fantastic for my birthday event. The booking process was easy and he was attentive to my needs along the planning process. I was able to do multiple walk thrus for sound checks and party planning. Everybody loved the space and it was a dream party come to life! Definitely recommend this space
