About the Space

The 4,000 sqft studio is located in the heart of Mid-City, the center of Los Angeles. The industrial space is grounded by a cemented flooring and adorned with an exposed wood ceiling and large frosted skylights, allowing large amounts of softened natural light to flow throughout the space. With the space’s wide floor plan, it is ideal for events and open galleries. The studio also features a 2,300 sqft outdoor space, 24/7 access, WIFI, AC and heating, restroom, and access to private events held at the space. We also offer individual artist workspaces that can be combined into larger work sections based on the artist’s needs. People from all over the world book appointments, sometimes 12 months in advance to be tattooed, to have their portrait painted by artists, have photoshoots, and even outdoor concerts. This studio has been rented by some of the most renowned musicians and artists in the world! Our goal is to share our artistic one of a kind space with our closest friends and family, so they can enjoy it fully as we do on a daily basis. We provide the following: • Beautifully designed studio with an urban, edgy, and inviting feel • 4000 ft. indoor and 2300 ft. OUTDOOR space • The space has beautiful paintings, art, and equipment but can be easily cleared for your studio needs • Smoking and loading areas • WIFI • 200 AMP Power • Art pieces by Tomer Peretz are not included.
