Our Creative Studio is a NEW production studio located in the vibrant Arts District of Los Angeles. As your creative sanctuary, we aim to uplift, inspire, and assist in the evolution of you and your brand. Our spacious and versatile loft features a minimalist design with a captivating blend of contemporary and vintage elements, providing an aesthetic experience like no other. One of our studio's highlights is the abundant natural lighting that pours in through our large window, offering breathtaking views of the iconic DTLA skyline. Our space has been thoughtfully curated with artistic and tasteful mid-century minimal furniture, accentuated by stunning plaster art pieces. Each furniture item has been meticulously hand-selected, ensuring a dreamy apartment-like ambiance that sets the perfect backdrop for lifestyle shoots, sessions, e-commerce, and content creation. Our Creative Studio is well-equipped to cater to various production needs, including Commercial Photography, Fashion Photography, Product Photography, Catalog Shoots, Influencer Photo Shoots, TikTok and Instagram Reel Content, Content Creation, Branding Photo Shoots, Video, TV Series, Web Series, Podcasts, and interviews. Whatever your project entails, our studio is ready to accommodate your vision and provide the ideal setting for capturing captivating visuals. Conveniently situated in the heart of the Arts District, our location offers not only a stunning view of DTLA but also easy access to nearby establishments such as Zinc Cafe, Verve Coffee, Urth Caffé, and more. PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BOOKING CANCELLATION AND FEES. Crew and talent are expected to respect the studio space by ensuring that all furniture and photography equipment are returned to their original positions. Failure to do so may result in fees being applied. To ensure a smooth checkout process, we kindly request that you arrive early or on time for your booking. BUILDING INFORMATION: Our building has one elevator and one freight elevator. Please contact us directly if you require the use of the freight elevator (which is available only from 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday). A bathroom is conveniently located next to the elevator. Our loading dock is locked on Mill St MINIMUM BOOKING TIME: 2 HOURS | OVERTIME RATE: 1.5X STUDIO RULES / GUIDELINES: - No roof access or access to the window stairwell. - Do not move any plastered tables, art, or other fragile items. If you require assistance with rearranging items, please inform us in advance. - No live bands or performances for music videos, as our space is not soundproof. Please be considerate of our neighbors. - No confetti or popping of champagne. - No pets allowed (with the exception of filmed/photographed models please inquire before hand) - Food and drinks are not allowed on any furniture. Please use the provided table for food and drinks. Any damages will result in fees. - Shoes are not allowed, except for filmed/photographed models (shoe booties are provided). - No smoking, vaping, drugs, or engaging in illegal activities. - Filming in hallways or common areas is prohibited. - The maximum occupancy in the studio is 10 people. - Guests must provide insurance and permits for all vendors. - Fog or haze machines are not allowed. - Please return the key to our lock as the door will lock - Nailing or hanging anything on the walls is not permitted. - Please respect the studio and leave it in better condition than how you found it.
